Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. Patient had a breast augmentation previously that resulted in a fallen left breast implant, also known as a "double bubble," which Dr. Svehlak repaired with internal suturing.

Above set: Dr. Svehlak. Patient had undergone a breast lift years prio and wasn't happy with shape or scars. The mastopexy ws revised with larger implants for fullness and improved scars.

Above (3 sets): Dr. Yamini. Repair of breast lift done elsewhere. Exchange from saline to silcone implants, improved scar around nipples and performed liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and thighs.

Above set: Dr. Yamini. Revision of breast augmentation from saline to larger silicone implants: 550 cc high profile silicone.

Above set: Dr. Yamini. Patient had undergone a breast surgery in Asia and developed deformities including implant malposition and symmastia. The right side was corrected by capsulorhapy (sewing up the inside pocket to move the implant to the correct position). The left side had too much damaged tissue and required the use of artificial dermal matrix (a type of artificial breast lining with the brand name Strattice) to correct the abnormal pocket and abnormal positon of the implant.

Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. Patient was unhappy about very large DD size breasts from previous breast augmentation by another surgeon with saline implants. Patient had breast reduction with lift, and placement of smaller saline implants.

Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. This revision breast surgery Los Angeles patient had replacement of old implants (Smooth round moderate gels, 450cc) with new implants (smooth Round MPP Gel, 600cc each).

Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. Right breast revision with removal and release of severe internal scarring, and release of crease.

Above (2 sets): Dr. Yamini. Asymmetric breasts were repaired with silicone implants.

Above set: Dr. Svehlak. Removal of 20-year old silicone implants, removal of calcified capsular contracture, replacement with saline implants, and small periareolar uplift.
