Above (2 sets): Dr. Yamini. Breast correction: Breast deformity from capsular contracture and leaking implants. Replaced with new implants Silicone 390 cc.
Above (2 sets): Dr. Yamini. Breast revision.
Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. Deflated left breast implant replaced to match.
Above sets: Dr. Yamini. Repair of botched breast augmentation and circumareolar (Benelli) mastopexy. Breasts shapes were droopy and the areolas were abnormally enlarged. Dr. Yamini replaced the old saline implants with new 270 cc silicone implants, corrected the shape of the breasts and reduced the size of the areolas.
Above (2 sets): Dr. Yamini. This patient had bottoming of implants and loss of support of inframammary fold. The implants were removed, the inframammary fold was recreated with internal stitches, and new smaller saline implants were placed.
Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. Breast repair.
Above set: Dr. Yamini. Breast reduction done elsewhere was revised for lift and further size reduction.
Above set: Dr. Yamini. Revision of breast implants and repair of capsular contracture. Dr. Yamini performed a Binelli mastopexy with textured silicone augmentation 354 cc.
Above set: Dr. Svehlak. Patient had deflated right implant and capsular contracture on the left, with assymetry. She had implants replaced and release of capsular contracture.
