If patients have lost a significant amount of breast volume over time, breast augmentation using implants can be used in conjunction with our breast lift procedure to increase breast size while re-shaping and re-positioning the breasts. We recommend our Los Angeles Breast Augmentation + Lift procedure if the loss of skin elasticity, gravity and other factors have affected the shape and firmness of your breasts AND you are seeking a slighly fuller bustline as part of your result. Patients who do want to add implants during their lift will enjoy the same perks as a breast lift (higher, firmer breasts) along with a fuller bustline and a more youthful breast contour.

Patients who are satisfied with the size of their breasts can have a standard breast lift to raise and firm them without implants.

Typical Recovery Time: After Los Angeles breast augmentation + breast lift surgery, it is usually possible to return to work within a week or so, depending on your job. In many cases, you can resume most of your normal activities, including some form of mild exercise, within several weeks of Los Angeles breast augmentation surgery.
