Above set: Dr. Svehlak: 38-year old patient had prominent bags under her eyes. A transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty (incision on the inside of the eyelid) was done to remove the bags and smooth out the area. Some subtle fat grafting was also done under the eyes and to the cheek area.
