Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak: Patient had facial fat grafting.

Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak: 53 year old patient was concerned about the heavy tired look in and around her eyes and wanted to look more refreshed.  Dr. Svehlak did upper and lower eyelid surgery by removing excess loose skin and tightening the area.  He also performed autologous fat transfer to her cheeks and under her eyes.  This restored some of the youthful look to the mid face.

Above (2 sets): Dr. Yamini. Combination facial reshaping/fat grafting, rhinoplasty, chin implant and buccal lipectomy. Each procedure was done subtly to complement the others and create a beautiful balance to the face.

Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. Chin implant using medium-sized implant plus fat grafting to cheeks and tear troughs.

Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. Facial fat grafting to cheeks, under eyes, and tear troughs. The result is a fuller midface, loss of flattening, and a more youthful, rested appearance.
