Neck lifts (also known as platysmaplasty) can address problems with the fat, muscle and skin of the neck and jaw line.Sagging skin, fleshy neck, "jowls", neck "banding", or "turkey waddle" are all common complaints that can be addressed. If the problem is only some excess fat, a minor liposuction procedure can be used to remove the pocket of fat.

Typical Recovery Time: Each patient will have very different requirements for improving the appearance of their neck, and therefore different recovery experiences and protocals.

His underlying neck muscles were tightened through a small skin incision under the chin. Additionally, he had removal of a small button-like chin implant and placement of a more appropriate contouring chin implant. His jawline and neck appears tighter and with sharper lines.
