| Above 2 sets: This patient had inferior displacement of the left breast implant with the resulting aesthetic deformity. Surgery was done to repair the breast implant pocket and inframammary fold. The implant is in an appropriate position with improved symmetry. |

Above 2 sets: Removal of 20-year old silicone implants, removal of calcified capsular contracture, replacement with saline implants, and small periareolar uplift. |

Above (2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. This is an 18 year old female who was born with a neurological deficit that led to a weak and under developed right lower extremity and an overdeveloped left lower extremity due to overcompensation. She wanted the asymmetry corrected. Therefore liposuction was done on the left calf and fat grafting (fat transfer) was done on the right calf. This gave a significant improvement in symmetry. |
