Breast augmentation and many other cosmetic procedures
have a very high patient satisfaction rate, however we do see patients
here who have had work done elsewhere and are either dissatisfied
with the results or who have encountered a complication of some
kind. If you are in that situation, it is important to seek the
work of an expert in reparative surgery. A specialist in this area
such as Dr. Yamini or Dr. Svehlak has experience working with scar
tissue and other factors that come into play when operating on a
patient to fix and correct a problem. Most problems can be fixed.
Whether you see Dr. Yamini or Dr. Svehlak, they will be able to
tell you what kind of improvements they can make for you so you
can make an informed decision that is right for you.
Above 2 sets: This
patient had inferior displacement of the left breast implant
with the resulting aesthetic deformity. Surgery was done to
repair the breast implant pocket and inframammary fold. The
implant is in an appropriate position with improved symmetry.
Above 2 sets: Removal
of 20-year old silicone implants, removal of calcified capsular
contracture, replacement with saline implants, and small periareolar
uplift.
Above 2 sets: Patient
had deflated right implant and capsular contracture on the
left, with assymetry. She had implants replaced and release
of capsular contracture.
Above
(2 sets): Dr. Svehlak. This is an 18 year old female who was born with a
neurological deficit that led to a weak and under developed
right lower extremity and an overdeveloped left lower extremity
due to overcompensation. She wanted the asymmetry corrected.
Therefore liposuction was done on the left calf and fat grafting
(fat transfer) was done on the right calf. This gave a significant
improvement in symmetry.
Before & After photographs

surgeons do not guarantee outcomes and no prediction of outcome

can affect the outcome of any surgery.
