Breast augmentation and many other cosmetic procedures have a very high patient satisfaction rate, however we do see patients here who have had work done elsewhere and are either dissatisfied with the results or who have encountered a complication of some kind. Above 2 sets: This patient had inferior displacement of the left breast implant with the resulting aesthetic deformity. Surgery was done to repair the breast implant pocket and inframammary fold. The implant is in an appropriate position with improved symmetry.




Above 2 sets: This is an 18 year old female who was born with a neurological deficit that led to a weak and under developed right lower extremity and an overdeveloped left lower extremity due to overcompensation. She wanted the asymmetry corrected. Therefore liposuction was done on the left calf and fat grafting (fat transfer) was done on the right calf. This gave a significant improvement in symmetry.


Above (2 sets): Repairing a previous breast surgery with capsular contracture. Note the improvement in dents and smoother contouring.


Above (2 sets): Patient was unhappy about very large DD size breasts from previous breast augmentation by another surgeon with saline implants. Patient had breast reduction with lift, and placement of smaller saline implants.
