Reparative
& Corrective Plastic Surgery

Breast augmentation and many other cosmetic procedures
have a very high patient satisfaction rate, however we do see patients
here who have had work done elsewhere and are either dissatisfied
with the results or who have encountered a complication of some
kind. If you are in that situation, it is important to seek the
work of an expert in reparative surgery. A specialist in this area
such as Dr. Yamini or Dr. Svehlak has experience working with scar
tissue and other factors that come into play when operating on a
patient to fix and correct a problem. Most problems can be fixed.
Whether you see Dr. Yamini or Dr. Svehlak, they will be able to
tell you what kind of improvements they can make for you so you
can make an informed decision that is right for you.

| Above 2 sets: Asymmetric
breasts were repaired with silicone implants. |

|
| Above set: Patient
had overly aggressive liposuction done elsewhere leaving irregular
contours of abdomen and waist. Corrective liposculpture was
done which included precise liposuctioning of fuller areas,
fat harvesting and transfer of autologous fat to indented
areas of abdomen and flanks to help smooth contours. Photos
are 3 months post-op. Significant improvement is noted in
her abdominal wall contours with much smoother skin. |

The areas
treated are much improved. This patient’s post-op photos
are 7 months after surgery. Improvement is the goal: It is
impossible to obtain perfectly smooth contours again. A second,
but less intense, fat transfer may be needed which will further
improve contours. |

| Above set: This is
a 19 year old female with excess belly button skin. The belly
button was reshaped to give a more natural “innie”
appearance. Now she can wear a bikini with confidence. These
photos are 3 months post-op. |

| Above 2 sets: This
patient had a previous tummy tuck by another doctor. She had
fat necrosis around the belly button area that left an indentation
and obvious deformity. Fat grafting was performed in this
area that corrected the defect. She now has a normal appearing
abdomen and belly button. |
