The following procedures will be discounted by 15% at our practice for those who provide current documentation of active duty positions or active reserve status:

The discounts extended above cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. 15% is deducted off the entire fee for cosmetic surgery, including the surgery center and anesthesia fees.
