Brazilian Butt Lift - Before & After Photo Gallery

Patient is a 38 years old female who has stayed relatively fit.  However, she has some extra fullness from fat on her abdominal wall, lower back, and flanks.  She wants to look leaner and also would like a fuller more natural shaped booty.

Dr. Svehlak performed liposuction and contouring on her abdominal wall, flanks, and lower back.  This fat was harvested and prepared.  It was then carefully injected into the buttocks.  She now has a more sexy curvy body with a natural looking and fuller buttocks.  About 150cc of fat was carefully placed into each buttock.

This was all done in office under a local anesthesia!

This is a 19 year old patient who wanted to improve the curves in her body and to create a more full buttocks. Dr. Svehlak performed Liposuction and Liposculpting, with harvest of fat from her abdominal wall, flanks, upper and lower back, and inner thighs. The fat was then prepared and transferred as a Brazilian Butt Lift (550cc of autologous fat to each buttock). Post op photos are 5 months post-op. She now has a curvier body with fuller more natural looking buttocks.

This 43 year old Los Angeles native is a mom of three. We performed liposculpting of her waist and hips and fat grafting to her bottom and the hip hollows to achieve a more round and full shape and smaller waist.

Dr. Svehlak performed autologous fat transfer to both breasts and to her buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift). He harvested fat from her abdominal wall, flanks, lower back, inner and outer thighs, and knees. 275cc of fat was transferred to her right buttock and 265cc to her left buttock. 205cc of fat was transferred to the right breast and 100cc was transferred to the left breast. The after photo shows more fullness with some improvement in symmetry.

The patient was happy with her new, implant-free breast size and fuller buttocks.

This case is very interesting. Dr. Yamini’s patient underwent BBL surgeries to enhance and enlarge the shape of her butt.
