This is a 38 y.o. male who felt his ears were too prominent especially because he shaves his head.  He wanted a more normal position to his ears.

Dr. Svehlak performed bilateral ear pinning under a local anesthesia.  And because the incision is in the deep crease behind the ear, no scar is visualized.
