This patient developed a very significant amount of abdominal looseness after multiple pregnancies and significant weight fluctuations. She wanted an extra layer of skin that was hanging below her belly button to be removed. Dr. Yamini performed an abdominoplasty. At the same time, excess fat from the hips and love handles was removed and muscle tightening was performed.
