This patient is a 25 years old female who previously had breast augmentation done by another surgeon. However, when healing, her left breast had severe bottoming of the implant due to over dissection of the pocket. She came to see Dr. Svehlak on recommendation from previously satisfied patient. She was very concerned about how her breasts looked and the asymmetry. Dr. Svehlak performed revision breast augmentation surgery with capsulorrhaphy (internal stitching and tightening of the lower breast pocket) of the left breast and placement of a new Mentor 325cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implant, and a small capsule release of the right breast to allow it to drop slightly. Access was through her old scars. The post op photos are about 4 months after. There is much improvement in symmetry of her breasts. The patient was very happy with the correction of her breast deformity.
