A 32 year old female from Redondo Beach, CA, who had a vertical breast lift with placement of submuscular saline implants 10 years prior. Her breasts are saggy with unsightly scars. In addition, she had liposuctioning done at the same time that left her abdominal wall with contour irregularities. She sought Dr. Svehlak for correction of her breasts and body contours.
Dr. Svehlak performed an anchor scar breast lift with removal and replacement of her breast implants to silicone implants (Allergan Style 10, 300cc on left and 240cc on left). She also had spot liposuction of lower back and outer thighs (fat harvesting) with fat transfer to the abdominal wall to help improve and correct abdominal wall contour irregularities.
She was very pleased with the lifted breasts and much improved abdominal wall contours.
