This is a 32 y.o. male from Southgate, CA, who sought consultation with Dr. Svehlak because he wanted a more masculine chin and jawline, and a more balanced lower face.

Dr. Svehlak performed a chin augmentation with placement of a large extended anatomical silicone implant.  The incision was from inside the lower lip with no scar under his chin.  Also, he had submental liposuction to further help refine his jawline and neck areas.  He achieved a much more balanced lower face and masculine jawline.  He was very happy with his results.
