This is a 24 y.o. male from Van Nuys, CA, who had asymmetric ears.  His right ear was more prominent than his left.  He was evaluated by Dr. Svehlak to improve symmetry and make then look more natural.  He also wanted improvement in his nasal shape.

Dr. Svehlak performed an Otoplasty.  More surgery was done on the right ear to reposition the ears and make then more symmetric. In addition, he had bilateral ear lobe reduction and a closed rhinoplasty. The patient was very happy with his results.
