This is a 50 y.o. female who previously had a facelift done by another doctor. However, over time the skin began to fall causing pulling on the lower ear resulting in a very obvious Pixie Ear. She sought Dr. Svehlak for correction of the pixie ears and scars.

Dr. Svehlak performed a secondary mini facelift to specifically lift and correct the Pixie Ear deformity. This was done under a local anesthesia with careful placement of several deep tension releasing supporting stitches. She was very satisfied with the more normal natural looking earlobes.
