This is a 29 y.o. female who had previous lip augmentation by another physician using autologous fat transfer several years prior. She didn’t like the over fullness that was retained within her lips.

Dr. Svehlak evaluated the patient and performed an open upper and lower lip reduction under a local anesthesia to correct the over filled lips.  She was happy with her results.  Her lips have a more normal natural size and look.  These photos are about 3 months post surgery.
