This is a 38 year old female from Hacienda Heights, CA, who wanted more fullness in her buttocks and breasts but did not want breast implants. She wanted contouring of her body. She was evaluated by Dr. Svehlak for his expertise. She only wanted slightly fuller breasts but more change to her buttocks.
Dr. Svehlak performed autologous fat transfer to both breasts and to her buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift). He harvested fat via liposuction from her abdominal wall, flanks, lower back, inner and outer thighs, and knees. 275cc of fat was transferred to her right buttock and 265cc to her left buttock. 205cc of fat was transferred to the right breast and 100cc was transferred to the left breast. The after photo shows more fullness with some improvement in symmetry.
The patient was happy with her new, implant-free breast size and fuller buttocks, and improved body contours.
