This patient had significant weight loss as a teenager and developed droopy breasts. Dr. Yamini discussed her situation with her several times and despite his recommendation not to put implants in, she wanted implants and a breast lift. But because she had skin looseness she redeveloped sagginess even with the implant so then Dr. Yamini took the implants out and redid the breast lift. Now, she looks much more natural with nicer breasts.
