This patient had a gastric bypass procedure and lost a very significant amount of weight all over her body. She developed major looseness of the breast and abdomen. Dr. Yamini worked on her in phases, first he performed a breast lift with implants and then he performed an abdominoplasty. She has very significant improvement in her overall figure– her skin was tightened and her stretch marks were significantly improved.
