This is a 21 y.o. female from Los Angeles who wanted chnges to her ethnic looking nose. She consulted with Dr. Svehlak to discuss her concerns.

Dr. Svehlak performed a closed rhinoplasty with refinement and building of the dorsum using a silicone implant, and reduction of the wide nostril base. She was very happy with the look and shpae of her new nose.
