CANCELLATION POLICY

All consultation fees will be applied towards surgeries or services.
If patient is not satisfied with the consultation, the full consultation fee will be refunded.
If payment is received towards a medical consultation and the patient needs to reschedule the appointment, the payment will be transferred to the new appointment date.
If patient does not show for the consultation, payment will not be refunded.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
