This is a 27 y.o. female from Scottsdale, AZ, who wanted a permanent improved fullness of her upper lip.  Dr. Svehlak reviewed the options for her, including fillers.

Dr. Svehlak performed an upper lip V-Y plasty to advance hidden upper lip tissue forward to give more fullness and exposure of the upper lip mucousa.  This procedure was done under a local anesthesia in about 1 hour.  Her incision is hidden behind the lip border.  She was very happy with the improvement of lip show.
