This is a 38 y.o. female who previously had liquid silicone injected into her lips for a more permanent enhancement.  However, over several years, she had become displeased with the shape and fullness in her lips.  She was evaluated by Dr. Svehlak for correction.

Dr. Svehlak performed an open lip reduction surgery on her upper and lower lips (more to upper lips) with careful removal of silicone and scar.  This was done under a local anesthesia.  She was happy with the reduction in the size of her lips, especially the upper.
