This patient wanted to lift and enhance her natural breasts. We did an anchor scar breast lift and decided to add saline implants (200cc) to help her achieve fullness and perkiness but still keep a natural shape. Dr. Svehlak was also able to create an internal bra using the patient’s own tissue. This will keep her breasts perky and looking great for years to come.
