This patient is a 22 y.o. female from San Juan Capistrano who didn’t like her prominent ears.  She felt self-concious when wearing her hair back.

Dr. Svehlak performed bilateral otoplasty (ear pinning) surgery under a local anesthesia. Ear cartilage shape was manipulated and changed, and held in place with sutures. She was happy with her results.
