This is a 46 year old female from Long Beach, CA, who wanted a more youthful looking upper lip. She felt it looked too long.  She consulted with Dr. Svehlak.

Dr. Svehlak performed an upper lip lift using a mustache-shaped (Bullhorn) incision below the nose to reduce the amount of space between this patient’s nose and upper lip. A natural contour was also achieved for a more youthful-looking mouth.

She was very pleased with her results.  The photos are at 7 months post-op.
