Liposuction Revision - Before & After Photo Gallery

This is a 47 y.o. female from Irvine who had previous body contouring procedures such as an abdominoplasty and liposuction done by another surgeon.  She was concerned about the resulting irregular contours of her thighs, especially the inner thighs.  Seh sought Dr. Svehlak for correction.

Dr. Svehlak performed revisional lipocontouring with autologous fat transfer to the inner thigh irregularities, and also outer thighs, with liposuction and contouring of her abdominal wall, flanks, and thighs. Some of this fat was saved and used for fat grafting.  She was happy with the results and the improvements seen.
